Terms of Use

1. The service

Mystero.gg provides unofficial League of Legends tools: Riot profile lookup and claim, quest tracking, Mystero Coins, cosmetics, pacts, and related features. Features may change, break, or be removed as we iterate. The Service is provided from France and is aimed at players in the European Union and elsewhere.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 (or the digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.
• Your email address is unique and is the only login identifier. Your Mystero.gg name is a display name and may be shared (except reserved names such as Mystero).
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
• You may claim only Riot accounts you are authorized to represent. False claims may be rejected, revoked, or result in account restrictions.
• High-rank or disputed claims may require manual verification. Mystero.gg may unclaim or reset ownership when abuse or mistakes are found.
• Full unclaim wipes Mystero.gg progress tied to that claim (quests, related rewards, open pacts as described in-product). For 24 hours that Mystero.gg account cannot claim, and nobody can claim that Riot ID.

3. Mystero Coins & free cosmetics

Mystero Coins (MC) and most cosmetics are virtual items for use on Mystero.gg only. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for real money, are not sold by Mystero.gg, are not used for betting or gambling, and may be adjusted, clawed back, or removed for bugs, abuse, or unclaim/reset flows.

Timed events, specials, and personal pacts award Mystero Coins only. Mystero.gg does not offer real-money prizes, entry fees, wagering, or odds-based payouts.

4. Acceptable use

• No cheating, exploiting, scraping, or attacking Mystero.gg or Riot APIs.
• No harassment, impersonation, or spam via contact or public profile content.
• No attempts to bypass security (sessions, two-factor, or rate limits).

We may soft-disable or delete accounts that violate these Terms, and we may refuse service at our discretion, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

5. Third-party services

Mystero.gg depends on Riot Games APIs and other providers (hosting, email, payments). Outages or policy changes outside our control can affect features. Riot's terms also apply to your use of Riot services.

6. Terms of sale (CGV)

This section applies when you buy digital content on Mystero.gg with real money. The seller is the operator of Mystero.gg (see Legal). These terms of sale are the conditions générales de vente for distance contracts with consumers (Code de la consommation).

6.1 Products

• Cosmetics Supporter — a renewable subscription that unlocks Unique cosmetics while the subscription is active. Plans (prices TTC, euro):
  • Monthly: 4.99 € billed every month
  • 6 months: 24.99 € billed every 6 months
  • 1 year: 39.99 € billed every year
• Paid shop cosmetics — one-time purchases of specific virtual cosmetics, at the TTC euro price shown at checkout.

Mystero Coins are not sold. Prices include applicable VAT. We may change future prices; a change does not affect a period you already paid for.

6.2 Order & payment

You place an order by confirming checkout (Stripe). Payment is due immediately. We accept the methods Stripe offers on that page (typically cards). Stripe is the payment processor; Mystero.gg never stores full card numbers. A receipt is emailed after a successful charge (see emails we send).

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Access to the digital content starts as soon as the purchase is recorded on your account.

6.3 Auto-renewal (subscriptions)

Supporter renews automatically at the end of each paid period for the same plan and price then in force, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Supporter or the Stripe customer portal: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep Unique cosmetics until that date; they are removed afterward if you are no longer subscribed.

For consumers in France, tacit renewal of a fixed-term contract is governed in particular by articles L215-1 and following of the Code de la consommation. You will also see renewal and invoices in Stripe receipts. We recommend cancelling through the product if you do not want the next period.

6.4 Digital goods — no cash value

Paid cosmetics and Supporter perks are licensed virtual items for use on Mystero.gg. They are not Riot Games products, have no cash value, and are not transferable or redeemable for money. If we close the Service, we are not required to convert unused time or items into cash, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

7. Right of withdrawal (rétractation)

Consumers in the EU/EEA generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract (Code de la consommation, art. L221-18), without giving a reason.

Waiver for digital content (art. L221-28, 13°). Cosmetics and Supporter access are digital content supplied on a non-physical medium. By confirming checkout you ask us to start performance immediately (unlock on your account) and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once that access is provided, as allowed by L221-28.

If access has not yet been provided, you may withdraw by sending a clear statement via Contact within 14 days of purchase. You may use the official withdrawal form (annexe de l’article R221-1) or any equivalent wording. We refund using the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of the decision.

This does not limit the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Code de la consommation, art. L224-25-12 and following) where it applies, or other mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

8. Refunds, faults, and chargebacks

Outside the withdrawal cases above, we may refund or restore access at our discretion for duplicate charges or clear delivery failures. Contact us promptly with the transaction ID from your receipt. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.

9. Disclaimer

Mystero.gg is provided “as is” except for mandatory legal guarantees. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate Riot data, or that quests and rewards will remain unchanged.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystero.gg and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, coins, cosmetics, or access arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer protections).

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU/EEA still apply.

In case of a dispute, contact us first via Contact. A consumer in the EU may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence or, where allowed, the French courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires additional consent for paid contracts.
